Modifies the service retirement benefit for Nassau County fire marshals and related positions in the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System to include additional pension increases for service beyond 25 years.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and exempts the provision from the appropriation requirement of section 25 of the retirement and social security law.
