Requires on-site medical offices to be staffed by licensed medical professionals, consult with occupational medicine specialists, and develop treatment protocols for musculoskeletal injuries without delaying medical care or interfering with workers' compensation rights.

Takes effect June 1, 2025, with staggered implementation timelines for worksite evaluation updates (180 days), task force establishment (60 days), and training and medical staffing requirements (60 days).
