Renames the Christopher Street-Sheridan Square subway station on the IRT Broadway-Seventh Avenue line to the "Christopher Street-Stonewall National Monument station" upon commitment of sufficient funds by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority or New York City Transit Authority for this purpose.

Requires the MTA to update all signs, maps, and other materials to reflect the new station name within a timeframe and manner determined by the MTA.

Takes effect immediately and automatically repeals after all signs, maps, and materials are updated to reflect the new name.

Requires the MTA chief executive officer or NYC Transit Authority president to notify the legislative bill drafting commission upon completion of updates to maintain accurate state law records.
