Amends New York Social Services Law Section 365-a to add dental implants, implant-related services, dental prosthetic appliances, and replacement dental prosthetic appliances to Medicaid coverage as medically necessary services.

Expands Medicaid coverage to include crowns and root canals for both posterior and anterior teeth when authorized by a qualified dentist.

Adds coverage for crown lengthening procedures when associated with a covered crown and/or root canal if a qualified dentist authorizes the procedures.

Takes effect on the ninetieth day after the bill becomes law.
