Limits comptroller and attorney-general to a maximum of three terms each, with any terms already served before the amendment's ratification excluded from the limit.

Persons who have been elected three times to governor or lieutenant-governor and are in the line of succession shall be passed over, with the next person in line acting as governor or lieutenant-governor instead.

Requires the amendment to be referred to the first regular legislative session after the next general election and published for 3 months before that election.
