Renames the "State Board of Parole" to the "State Board of Re-Entry" throughout the Executive Law and related statutes, effective immediately.

Updates all references to "parole," "chairman," and related terminology in the Correction Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Judiciary Law, Mental Hygiene Law, Public Health Law, and Penal Law to reflect the new name and use gender-neutral language ("chairperson" instead of "chairman").

Maintains all existing powers, duties, functions, and organizational structure of the board under its new name, with no substantive changes to its authority or operations.

Adds conforming language changes throughout statutes including references to the board's role in parole decisions, release conditions, revocation proceedings, and cooperation with the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.

Contains conditional effective dates for certain amendments that are subject to sunset provisions and reversions in other sections of law.
