Creates a not-for-profit corporation called the Bedford Hills Fire Department Benevolent Association composed of active and former exempt volunteer firefighters from the Bedford Hills Fire Department in Westchester County.

Establishes the corporation's purposes to include providing relief and assistance to indigent, disabled, or injured volunteer members and their families; maintaining headquarters; promoting member welfare; and providing social and recreational activities.

Requires the Bedford Hills Fire Department secretary to call an organizational meeting within 60 days of the act taking effect, with notice posted in five conspicuous places and published in local newspapers at least 10 days prior.

Vests control and management of the corporation in a board of trustees consisting of at least 7 members: president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three additional trustees elected at annual meetings.

Authorizes the corporation to collect foreign fire insurance premium taxes under sections 9104 and 9105 of the Insurance Law for fire department use, effective January 1, 2025.
