Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to add the Clarence central school district to the list of school districts permitted to establish an insurance reserve fund.

Allows the Clarence central school district to make expenditures from the insurance reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments related to specific types of insurance risks under Insurance Law Section 1113(a)(3).

Requires the Clarence central school district to comply with General Municipal Law Section 6-n and Education Law Article 74 when establishing and operating the insurance reserve fund.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
