Amends insurance law to require coverage for mental health conditions under the Healthy New York program (section 4326) for group and individual policies.

Extends mental health coverage mandate to insurers delivering group or school blanket policies under section 3221 of the insurance law.

Extends mental health coverage mandate to medical expense indemnity corporations, hospital service corporations, and health service corporations providing group or individual coverage under section 4326.

Applies to any policy that provides coverage for inpatient hospital care or physician services.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
