Amends Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 375, Subdivision 24-a to prohibit operators from wearing virtual reality headsets while operating a motor vehicle, limited use automobile, limited use motorcycle, or bicycle on any public highway in New York State

Expands existing restrictions on wearing multiple earphones attached to audio devices to now include virtual reality headsets

Becomes effective 60 days after enactment, with authority granted to implement necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage
