Amends the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law to exempt the Varna Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., within the town of Dryden, Tompkins county from the 45% limit on non-resident members.

Adds the Varna Volunteer Fire Company to an existing list of fire companies already exempt from the non-resident membership cap, including companies in Orange, Broome, Erie, Onondaga, Fulton, Monroe, Chautauqua, and Greene counties.

Non-resident members of the exempt company retain all powers, duties, immunities, and privileges of resident volunteer members under existing law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
