Amends the Social Services Law to prevent the Department of Social Services from canceling, suspending, or rescinding Medicaid benefits for individuals with Temporary Protected Status if the federal government ends that designation.

Extends Medicaid eligibility to formerly Temporary Protected Status holders who meet all other requirements except immigration status-related criteria.

Prevents the Department from canceling, suspending, or rescinding Medicaid benefits for individuals in the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program if the program is ended by the federal government.

Extends Medicaid eligibility to former DACA beneficiaries who meet all requirements other than those related to immigration status.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
