Authorizes Madison County Correctional Facility to hold individuals detained by the Oneida Indian Nation court pursuant to a county-tribal detention agreement between Madison County and the Oneida Indian Nation.

Authorizes Oneida County Correctional Facility to hold individuals detained by the Oneida Indian Nation court pursuant to a county-tribal detention agreement between Oneida County and the Oneida Indian Nation.

Legislature approves and ratifies the Oneida County-tribal detention agreement executed May 23, 2024, for a three-year period ending May 23, 2027.

Legislature approves and ratifies the Madison County-tribal detention agreement executed May 28, 2024, for a two-year period ending May 28, 2026.

Extends all provisions of correction law to apply equally to persons held under Oneida Indian Nation court authority in both Madison and Oneida county correctional facilities.
