Authorizes Sgt. Angela Anderson of the Seneca Falls Police Department to receive full credit for service under the special twenty year retirement plan (Section 384-d) instead of the plan she was enrolled in (Section 375-i).

Requires the Town of Seneca Falls to file a resolution with the state comptroller within 180 days certifying that Officer Anderson did not bar herself from the retirement plan due to her own negligence.

Allows Officer Anderson to elect coverage under Section 384-d within one year of the act's effective date and receive full associated rights and benefits.

Town of Seneca Falls bears all past service costs, estimated at approximately $178,000 as a one-time payment or $22,700 annually if amortized over 10 years, plus approximately $9,600 in additional annual contributions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
