Creates the Office of Health Professional Nutrition Education within the Department of Health to develop curricula and programs for improving nutrition education in health professional training programs including medical schools, dental schools, and physician assistant programs.

Establishes a Health Professional Nutrition Education Council with 14 members appointed by the governor with senate approval, including deans from health professional training programs, health professionals, and experts in nutrition, public health, and lifestyle medicine.

Council must meet at least twice per year, with all meetings livestreamed and archived on the department website for a minimum of two years.

Office shall apply for grants, promote nutrition education research, and serve as a clearinghouse for information about existing nutrition curriculum initiatives and recognition programs.

Department must submit triennial reports to the governor and legislature beginning September 1, 2027, detailing office activities, progress on nutrition education, status analysis, and policy recommendations for improving health professional nutrition training.
