Authorizes Susan Ruscitto to have her New York State Teachers' Retirement System pension recalculated to include additional service credit, increasing her total credited service from 19 years and 8 months to 20 years and 2 months.

Requires Ruscitto to file a written request with the New York State Teachers' Retirement System within one year of the act's effective date to receive the recalculated pension.

Directs the New York State Teachers' Retirement System to complete the pension recalculation within one year of the effective date.

All costs associated with implementing this act, estimated at $26,000 in increased present value of liabilities, shall be borne by the New York State Teachers' Retirement System and its employers.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
