Amends Public Health Law Section 4148(5) to reduce the electronic death registration system fee paid by licensed funeral directors and undertakers from twenty dollars to five dollars per burial and removal permit issued.

Requires funeral directors and undertakers to treat this payment as a cost of operation and prohibits them from charging additional fees to consumers related to this payment.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
