Allows registered nurses and licensed practical nurses licensed in good standing in another state or territory to temporarily practice in New York at summer day camps, children's overnight camps, or traveling summer day camps.

Requires applicants to file a licensure application with the Department of Education, submit joint written notification with the employing camp, pay a department-determined fee, and appear on the department's published list of authorized temporary practitioners.

Temporary authorization is valid only between June 15 and September 15 each year and expires on September 15.

Subjects temporarily authorized nurses to the Board of Regents' disciplinary and regulatory authority, applicable education law provisions, and professional conduct rules as if they held a regular license.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law, with authority granted to implement necessary regulations immediately upon enactment.
