Changes the name from "Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Exempt Firefighters' Benevolent Association of Hastings-on-Hudson, Inc." and standardizes the village name to "Hastings-on-Hudson"

Expands allowable uses of collected insurance taxes from solely providing care for indigent members to include maintaining headquarters, providing relief and assistance to disabled or injured volunteer members, and promoting volunteer fire service welfare

Permits the corporation to use collected taxes to provide social and recreational activities for volunteer members and enhance morale within the Hastings-on-Hudson Volunteer Fire Department and its service territory

Requires the corporation to remit a percentage of collected taxes to the Firefighters Association of the State of New York as mandated by insurance law

Takes effect immediately and applies to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2025
