Directs the commissioner of corrections and community supervision to study gender disparity in resources provided to incarcerated individuals

Study must identify what resources are available to incarcerated individuals and the amount provided to individuals of each gender

Study must examine reasons for any resource disparities between genders and recommend actions to resolve those disparities

Commissioner must report findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the governor and legislature no later than one year after the act takes effect

Commissioner shall submit legislative proposals with the report as deemed necessary to implement the recommendations
