Amends Social Services Law Section 131-u to modify reimbursement provisions for residential domestic violence programs providing emergency shelter and services.

Removes language limiting reimbursement responsibility to only those social services districts "financially responsible for a victim of domestic violence."

Requires local social services districts and residential programs to be reimbursed at 100 percent for additional costs incurred providing shelter and services to domestic violence victims resulting from 2019 budget amendments.

Prohibits state reimbursement funds from reducing expenditures for state services eligible under Title XX of the federal Social Security Act.

Takes effect April 1, 2025.
