Amends Social Services Law Section 21-a to require any companion website or mobile application associated with an electronic benefit transfer system to be available in over one hundred languages, including both common and esoteric languages as identified by the department.

Requires that any documents made available for viewing on such companion websites or mobile applications be translated into over one hundred languages, including both common and esoteric languages as identified by the department.

Applies to all websites and mobile applications accessible by benefit recipients.

Takes effect thirty days after becoming law, with authority for the department to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately.
