Requires the New York City Transit Authority to ensure proper operation of all security cameras at subway stations it operates

Mandates both authorities publish annual reports including total number of systemwide security camera failures and percentage of all systemwide cameras that failed during the calendar year

Requires annual reports to include malfunction duration for each failed camera, identified causes of failures, and station-by-station breakdown of all security camera failures

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
