Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from penalizing pharmacies or pharmacists for disclosing to customers the cost of prescription medications or services to the individual.

Requires pharmacy benefit managers to allow disclosure of the pharmacy's cost and reimbursement amount for prescription medications or services.

Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from preventing disclosure of therapeutically equivalent alternative medications or alternative purchasing methods, including cash price options.

Prohibits charging copayments that exceed the pharmacy's total submitted charges and requires pharmacies to retain adjudicated costs without recoupment by the pharmacy benefit manager.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
