Amends Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 603 to require police officers investigating traffic accidents involving injury to include insurance policy information for all parties to the accident in their reports to the commissioner.

Applies to accident reports made within five days of the incident and reports submitted by coroners regarding motor vehicle or motorcycle accident deaths.

Takes effect 90 days after the bill becomes law, with authority granted to adopt necessary rules and regulations for implementation.
