Exempts two specific parcels of land in the Bronx (Parcel A: 785 square feet; Parcel B: 1,717 square feet) from alcoholic beverage control law restrictions on manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers sharing interests in licensed premises.

Allows businesses or entities located on the exempted parcels to hold interests in manufacturers of alcoholic beverages both inside and outside the United States.

Requires that any such manufacturer interest must have been acquired prior to the effective date of this subdivision and prohibits retail licensees from purchasing alcoholic beverages directly from the manufacturer.

Exemption expires and is repealed upon sale or transfer of the parcels unless the licensee immediately obtains a leasehold interest as part of the transaction.

Requires the State Liquor Authority to notify the legislative bill drafting commission of any sale, transfer, lease termination, or lease non-renewal to maintain accurate effective dates in state law.
