Establishes a 25-year retirement program for fire protection inspectors and associate fire protection inspectors in the New York City Employees' Retirement System (NYCERS).

Allows eligible members to retire with 50% of final average salary after 25 years of service, plus an additional 2% per year for service beyond 25 years (maximum of 30 years total).

Members must contribute an additional 6.25% of compensation until the later of one year after the program's effective date or 30 years of service, with total contributions capped at 9.25% of compensation.

Provides vesting after 5 years of service with a deferred benefit of 2% of final average salary per year of credited service for members who leave before retirement.

New fire protection inspectors hired on or after the effective date are automatically enrolled in the program unless they are over age 25 at hire; current members may opt-in within 180 days.
