Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to add the Niskayuna central school district to the list of school districts permitted to establish an insurance reserve fund

Allows the Niskayuna central school district to make expenditures from the reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments related to specific insurance risks authorized under Insurance Law Section 1113(a)(3)

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting use of insurance reserve funds for certain types of risks or for losses where other reserve funds have already been established

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
