Authorizes the town of Kinderhook to discontinue 5.99 acres of parkland and sell it at fair market value to the Valatie Volunteer Rescue Squad, Inc. for emergency medical services operations.

Requires the town of Kinderhook to dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the transferred parkland toward acquiring new parklands or making capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities.

The parcel is located in the Town of Kinderhook, Columbia County, and is bounded by State Farm Road and state-owned lands, containing approximately 261,069 square feet.

Mandates compliance with federal requirements if the town received any federal funding for the original parkland purchase, maintenance, or improvement, including approval from the Secretary of the Interior regarding land substitution equivalency.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
