Amends Election Law Section 8-600 to require early voting polling places remain open at least eight hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays during the early voting period.

Removes the provision allowing early voting on legal holidays and replaces it with a requirement for Tuesday voting.

Prohibits boards of elections from establishing early voting on any days other than those specified in the bill (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays).

Permits boards of elections to extend voting hours beyond the eight-hour minimum if they choose.

Takes effect January 1 following enactment; authorizes boards of elections to adopt necessary rules and regulations for implementation.
