Amends Public Health Law Section 3309 to expand opioid overdose response requirements to sporting or event centers, theaters, concert venues, and amusement parks (in addition to existing nightlife establishments)

Requires covered locations to maintain a supply of unexpired opioid antagonist nasal spray on site

Mandates at least two trained persons be employed and present at each location whenever it is operating to identify opioid overdoses and administer opioid antagonists

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law
