Establishes an endocannabinoid system awareness program within the Department of Public Health to educate healthcare practitioners about the endocannabinoid system and its interactions with bodily systems.

Requires all licensed healthcare practitioners under education law to complete 3 hours of approved endocannabinoid system training by July 1, 2025, and once every three years thereafter; newly licensed practitioners and medical residents must complete training within one year of licensure.

Mandates course work and training cover four main topics: the endocannabinoid system, cannabinoids and chronic pain management, pharmacogenetics and cannabis, and FDA-approved cannabinoid medications.

Creates an endocannabinoid system work group composed of experts and stakeholders to develop continuing education recommendations, model courses, training materials, and a public awareness campaign by January 1, two years after the bill's effective date.

Requires the Commissioner of Health to report annually to state leadership on the work group's continuing education efforts, public awareness campaign status, and other endocannabinoid system issues.
