Extends the expiration date of sections one, three, four and five of chapter 3 of the laws of 1997 from September 10, 2024 to September 10, 2029

Extends the expiration date of sections one, two, three and four of chapter 322 of the laws of 2007 from September 10, 2024 to September 10, 2029

Authorizes banks, trust companies, credit unions, and other financial institutions to continue exercising the rights of national banks and federal financial institutions under the extended provisions

Rules and regulations promulgated under these sections shall remain in full force and effect after the September 10, 2029 expiration date

Legislation takes effect immediately
