Commissioner of General Services must prepare and maintain a list of all products known to be manufactured in whole or in part using child labor, including products from other countries that would violate New York law if made in-state.

State agencies are prohibited from entering into procurement contracts for any product manufactured using child labor, as identified by the Commissioner of General Services.

The prohibition applies to products manufactured anywhere, including other countries or provinces, if such manufacturing would violate New York's laws.

The act takes effect on the ninetieth day after becoming law.
