Extends the expiration date of sections 3, 9, 12-c, and 13 of chapter 222 of the laws of 2015 from December 1, 2024 to December 1, 2029.

Chapter 222 of the laws of 2015 addresses owner liability for operators' failure to comply with traffic-control indications in the city of White Plains and amends vehicle and traffic law, general municipal law, and public officers law.

Removes obsolete sunset provisions (former subsections (a) through (kk)) related to sequential amendments to vehicle and traffic law sections 235, 236, 239, 240, 241, and 401, and section 1809-e.

Streamlines remaining sunset provisions for section 1809 amendments and section 371 of the general municipal law into a consolidated set of provisions (subsections (a) through (g)).

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
