Adds the Space Force to the definition of "armed forces of the United States" in multiple state laws, making Space Force members eligible for veterans' benefits and credits previously limited to Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard members.

Updates the General Construction Law, Election Law, Insurance Law, Military Law, Public Officers Law, Economic Development Law, Civil Service Law, and Real Property Tax Law to include Space Force in relevant provisions.

Extends Space Force members' eligibility for Memorial Day and Veterans' Day leave of absence with pay, civil service application fee waivers, property tax exemptions for veterans, and other state benefits.

Modifies gender-specific language throughout the laws to use gender-neutral terms like "such member or veteran" and "their" instead of "his or her."

Takes effect immediately, with a conditional provision regarding civil service law amendments that are subject to expiration dates in existing law.
