Prohibits third-party restaurant reservation services from listing, advertising, promoting, or selling reservations for food service establishments without a written agreement with the restaurant.

Defines third-party restaurant reservation services as websites, mobile applications, or internet services offering reservations that are owned and operated by someone other than the restaurant owner.

Excludes authorized reservation distribution channels that have contractual agreements with the food service establishment or its designated representative.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation, with violations accruing daily for each affected food service establishment.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
