Within 60 days of enactment, the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance must post a compendium of existing waivers on its website, including descriptions, grant dates, expiration dates, and applicable social services districts.

The office must review existing waivers at least once every five years to analyze continued need and publish results for public comment.

Within 10 days of federal agency notice of available federal waivers, the office must post relevant information including summaries and citations; waiver requests to federal agencies and their approvals/denials must be posted within 10 days.

Within 10 days of notifying social services districts that a waiver may be requested, the office must post information about that waiver; requests from districts and approvals/denials must be posted within 10 days.

Any shelter supplement plans or rental supplement program plans submitted by social services districts must be posted within 10 days of submission, along with approvals, denials, and related guidance within 10 days of issuance.
