Amends the State Finance Law to add violations of civil provisions of section 125 of the Cannabis Law as grounds for qui tam proceedings under the state's false claims statute.

Establishes civil penalties for cannabis law violations of not less than $6,000 and not more than $12,000, adjusted annually to match federal False Claims Act penalties under the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act.

Allows the Attorney General to bring enforcement actions for cannabis law violations under section 189 of the State Finance Law in addition to other remedies available under the Cannabis Law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
