Defines "nursing student" as any person currently receiving nursing education or who completed nursing education within the prior year and is eligible for licensure.

Allows nursing students to administer flu vaccines to patients age 2 and older, and pneumococcal, herpes zoster, hepatitis A/B, HPV, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, COVID-19, meningococcal, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis vaccines, and anaphylaxis medications to patients age 18 and older under physician, physician assistant, or certified nurse practitioner supervision.

Requires nursing students to complete training in vaccination techniques, infection control, personal protective equipment use, and obtain current basic CPR certification before administering vaccines.

Mandates nursing students report all vaccine administrations to the department of health within 14 days through the statewide immunization information system or citywide immunization registry.

Authorizes licensed physicians and certified nurse practitioners to prescribe patient-specific and non-patient-specific orders allowing nursing students to administer the same vaccines listed above.
