Grants Donna Falbo retroactive membership in the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System with a membership date of September 4, 2007, her date of initial employment with North Babylon School District.

Changes Falbo's status from Tier VI to Tier IV membership upon filing an application with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date.

North Babylon School District shall bear all past service costs, with no refund of member contributions to Falbo.

North Babylon School District will incur approximately $2,200 in increased annual contributions for fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, and a one-time past service cost of approximately $11,900.

The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
