Each state department maintaining a public website must publicly post and maintain a webpage listing current names of individuals authorized to execute contracts on behalf of the department.

Declares void and unenforceable any contract term requiring the state or department to indemnify or hold harmless another person, except as otherwise authorized by law.

Voids any contract term allowing a contractor to unilaterally amend, revise, or add contract terms and conditions without state or department consent.

Declares void any term limiting the state or department's liability for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by negligence or willful misconduct of the contractor or their employees or agents.

Voids any contract term designating a non-New York jurisdiction as governing law, with exceptions for contracts between New York and sister states or the federal government.
