Authorizes the Town of East Hampton to discontinue 2.0 acres of parkland at the intersection of Three Mile Harbor Road and Springs-Fireplace Highway and convey it to Suffolk County for a roadway improvement project.

Requires the Town of East Hampton to acquire and dedicate 3.56 acres of replacement parkland located near Swamp Road and East Hampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike before the original parkland can be alienated.

If the fair market value of the replacement parkland is less than the parkland being conveyed, the Town must dedicate the difference in value toward acquiring additional parklands or funding capital improvements to existing park facilities.

Requires the Town to comply with all federal requirements regarding parkland alienation or conversion if federal funding was previously used for the parkland, including obtaining approval from the Secretary of the Interior.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
