Amends insurance law to allow copayments for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for HIV prevention in large group policies and contracts.

Permits copayments in addition to annual deductibles and coinsurance, consistent with other benefits in the policy, unless the prophylaxis has an 'A' or 'B' rating from the United States Preventive Services Task Force.

Applies to large group policies issued by commercial insurers, hospital services corporations, and health services corporations providing medical, major medical, or comprehensive-type coverage.

Takes effect immediately and applies to all policies and contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after the effective date.
