Amends Education Law Section 3602 to modify the calculation of "selected operating aid per pupil" for school districts that reorganize on or after July 1, 2024, or after July 1, 2019 specifically for the Boquet Valley central school district.

Changes the basis for calculating selected operating aid per pupil from the 2006-07 school year apportionment to the total foundation aid base calculated as of the effective date of reorganization for qualifying districts.

Provides that the Boquet Valley central school district may use July 1, 2019 as its reorganization date for purposes of this calculation, rather than requiring a later date.

Takes effect immediately, or simultaneously with section 10-a of part A of chapter 56 of the laws of 2024 if that provision has not yet taken effect.
