Amends chapter 118 of the laws of 1969 to add new section 5 regarding Greenburgh North Castle Union Free School District number 12 in Westchester County.

Allows the school district to continue operating as a separate union free school district during the 2024-2025 school year with all associated powers and privileges.

Expands the district's territory to include leased properties at 71 Broadway in Dobbs Ferry, 108 Shonnard Place in Yonkers, 1700 Old Orchard Place in Valhalla, 623 Blooming Grove Turnpike in New Windsor, and 45 East Gainsborg Avenue in West Harrison.

Authorizes the school district's board of education to affiliate with a child care institution (other than St. Christopher's-Jennie Clarkson Child Care Services Corporation) subject to state approval, with the board comprising five members elected by the child care institution's directors and two public members appointed under specified law chapters.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
