Candidates for public office must file sworn statements with their local board of elections at least six weeks before primary and general elections, including biographical information and answers to issue-based questions drafted by the state board of elections.

State board of elections shall email voting guides to registered voters (if email available) and mail at least one physical copy to each household containing all candidate biographical information and responses to standardized questions at least three weeks before the election.

State board of elections shall maintain a public website with all voter guide information that is updated and accessible to the general public.

State board of elections must email postcards to registered voters and mail at least two physical postcards to each household containing election date information, with mailings occurring 15-10 days before the election and 7-5 days before the election.

All major television and radio stations operating in or using public airwaves in the state must notify their audience at least four times daily (at least three hours apart) between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. for ten consecutive days before each primary and general election.
