Authorizes grants to schools for teacher training and certification, professional development, computer science materials, private sector partnerships, AI learning labs, and virtual learning platforms.

Authorizes grants to community colleges and higher education institutions for developing AI literacy programs, hands-on learning labs, virtual platforms, and pedagogical tools for educators.

Requires grant recipients to submit annual reports for four years documenting grant use and progress toward objectives, with the commissioner submitting consolidated reports to the governor and legislature by January 1st each year.
