Requires the Department of Social Services to immediately submit electronic copies of suspension or revocation notices for adult care facilities to the governor, state comptroller, attorney general, state legislators representing the area, and county executives.

Notice must include the operator's name and address, facility location, effective date of suspension or revocation, and a description of violations prompting the action.

Supporting documentation accompanying the notice is exempt from disclosure under the Public Officers Law (Freedom of Information Law).

During the 30 days before facility closure, the department must post on its website a summary of violations, explanation of affected groups or individuals, and the operator's plan to ensure continued resident care.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
