Allows hunting license holders to carry licenses and tags in electronic or other acceptable formats as defined by department regulations, rather than requiring physical documents.

Eliminates the requirement to display a physical back tag on outer garments between the shoulders while hunting.

Permits deer and bear tags to be filled out and reported in electronic or other acceptable formats as specified in department regulations, instead of requiring ink or pen on physical tags.

Removes provisions requiring hunters to cut out or mark the month and date of kill on physical deer tags and attach them to the animal during transport.

Takes effect immediately for license provisions; deer and bear tagging provisions take effect August 1, 2025.
